The prices listed below are to rent the whole property for a week/fortnight for up to 6/10 people. Changeover day is normally Saturday but can be flexible.
Peak weeks: Christmas / New Year 50% non-refundable deposit.
Other weeks: 25% non-refundable deposit.
Balance 4-weeks before arrival.
Deposit: £100 GBP deposit to cover breakages/damage (we will accept a cheque that we will not cash).
Discounts may be available for small groups (3 or less people) or shorter periods please contact us for more details
